The Making of Marvel Anatomy
On October 25th, Marvel Anatomy was released everywhere, and I gave a whole presentation at the Barnes & Noble in Tribeca. Here's the whole video - enjoy!
Marvel Anatomy is a long book - about 230 pages long - and so illustrating it was a monumental task. To get through it all, I thumbnailed out every single spread for every single character, trying to get a handle on my workload from the beginning.
Here's a look at the process I used on every image in the book. Hopefully it gives you some sense of how I did what I did!

The Making of Marvel Anatomy
Being the illustrator for "Marvel Anatomy: A Scientific Study of the Superhuman" was an incredibly difficult undertaking. The book is over 230 pages long, and it covers over 60 heroes and villains. This is the story of how I got the job and how I executed on it. I hope you enjoy it!
